Huckabee Releases Statement About Cassidy's House Bid In Louisiana

Little Rock, AR – Governor Mike Huckabee issued the following statement about Bill Cassidy:

Congressman Cassidy served in the Louisiana Senate before being elected to the House of Representatives in 2008. Bill Cassidy is more than just the Congressman from Louisiana’s 6th, he’s also a practicing physician, teacher, husband and father.

As a doctor and LSU Medical Professor, Congressman Cassidy stays in touch with constituents by holding frequent town hall meetings and he even makes a priority to see patients when Congress is out of session.
