Gov. Mike Huckabee,
Happy belated 54th birthday to you, you young whippersnapper! Just 364 days from now you will qualify to become a member of AARP, thus allowing you a chance to officially tell them “no way”.
May your life become more intimate with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As the Bible is a limitless spring, bubbling forth with life giving water for all, so is the Spirit of the Lord our God. May He fill you to overflowing with His Spirit so that it will spill over onto and into all those around you. As long as we continue to breath in this physically constrictive part of our lives, we should all be the light to and the salt of the world continually.
After you lost your bid for the Presidency of the USA, our Lord and God has granted you with an truly unique platform to proclaim His principles and truths via media of television. This platform brings with it a responsibility, as we are all the mouth of our Lord on earth in every word we speak. These words not only affect peoples' minds, but it also has an influence on the very atmosphere around where the spoken word is proclaimed. As the audience becomes larger, so does the responsibility to the speaker in what that person speaks and proclaims. Remember, you are not to compromise God's principles and standards in order to keep your ratings on television.
As you continue to expand how you speak out for Him, may He bring to your mind the logos words you have absorbed in your reading of the Bible and then fill your mouth and lips with the rhema words that will open the eyes of and reveal the mysteries of our God to those in this world who are craving for the Truths of God to be declared. Remember some are unbelievers that are truly lost, but many are Christians that have become confused in their walk of Faith with the Lord due to both personal compromises they have made in their lives as well as the "church leadership" compromises that have been made that have lowered the perception of what God's Principles and Standards truly are.
The Lord our God created this world and heavens into existence using His spoken words. By this example and others He has also commanded His created human beings to have dominion over this world. May He disclose to you His Knowledge, His Wisdom, and the Knowledge of His Glory so that you will have it ingrained in your body, soul, and spirit as you speak out to those around you and all of America and the world.
May the Lord Jesus Christ continue to bless you and your family with Grace and Favour in the days and years to come!Your Brother in Christ,

I just got back from a short trip away and upon my return I had to check in to my favourite website! Wow, so much going on! First of all, heartfelt birthday wishes Gov. Huckabee - hope you had an extraordinary day and many more to come! Also, so gratified to see that you reached your "calling goal". And what you did for Juliee4Huckabee is amazing - I can understand her delight Gov. Huckabee, you have excellent instincts! Here is the worst part about this weekend - it was the first time I have ever missed a Huckabee show! Gov. I listen to AM Radio 1100 KSFO in SF, CA daily for Shawn Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, and others. Today on your birthday I heard your short but very accurate alert about Pres. Obama's repeated dilutionary tactic of releasing unfavorable news on Friday afternoons.
You are absolutely correct that last Friday's deliberate downplay of the President's $2 trillion underestimation of our US budget forecast was and is of colossal significance. This action should be front page news for at least an entire week.If more Americans truly understood the destruction and massive advers impacts to our economy, our future, and to our posterity that such debt will surely bring, we would give this topic the extended scrutiny it surely deserves!

I have thought to myself many times, “How does he keep up this hard work and travel schedule?" I am sure that others have thought the same and we appreciate the hard work you do on a daily basis.

Here's wishing a true inspiration, friend, leader, and one of my heroes the best Birthday ever! Thanks for all you do Governor for our Country and all you have done for me. The journey I have taken, with you leading the way, over the past two years has been exciting and completely unbelievable! I've gone from a person in need of direction to a dedicated political activist. I thank God that he blessed me and the rest of the country with such an inspiring person to follow.
I wish I could donate to HuckPAC today but I cannot. The money is needed so I can go to Iowa and help out Bob Vander Plaats in his run for Governor up there on behalf of the Can-Do Conservatives (of which I have founded) on my Birthday next month. I hope you will accept the 170 calls I made to Virginia for Bob McDonnell as your Birthday present.

My friend Becky wrote this on her blog, about caring for an elderly couple while the show was on last night. I thought you'd enjoy reading it, and that it might bring an added smile on your birthday! :-)
In a post entitled, "Now THAT's love," Becky wrote:
Tonight I'm caring for an elderly couple through the night and into tomorrow. The gentleman has cancer and his wife has MS. They're both ambulatory (somewhat), but use walkers. Since the wife has had several recent falls, my job is to be here to catch her if she stumbles.Anyhow, after supper we settled in the living room to visit for awhile. Two minutes before eight he asked, "Do you mind if we watch Huckabee?" I grinned a little, told him that was fine, and followed his instructions on how to pull the rolling TV cart out. He directed me to situate the TV close to his wife so she could see & hear clearly and told me to give her the remote.
"Do you want me to angle it so you can see, too?" I asked him.
"No, that's okay," he replied, "I don't need to see it. I can hear it. That's good enough. If you move it too much, it's harder for her to see it."
Within about 10 minutes she started dozing off, and by the time Huckabee's guitar-shaped birthday cake had been wheeled out, she was fast asleep.
Thinking it certainly wouldn't hurt at this point (since she was asleep), I stood up and asked him if he wanted me to turn the TV so he could see it.
"No," he said tenderly, "she might wake up. And I don't want her to miss anything."
