1.People who want to make calls before the 22nd are obviously more than welcome to do so.

2.To access the lists visit the www.HuckPAC.com website and sign into your Team Huck account (or create one if you haven't done so already). From there there is a link on your dashboard called "Phone Banking." When you click on that link it will take you to a legal disclaimer page you will have to click that you accept.

3. After you accept it will give you a list of instructions (see below) and it will allow you to access the script and phone lists (20 numbers at a time):


Phone Bank Instructions

1. There is an Open Script tab at the right side of each record, click this button to see a pop-up window with the text you can follow and read for each call. The script does not change per call but is there for your convenience. Step by step instructions for making calls are provided on the script.
2. The name of the person to call is in large bold letters with the last name followed by the first name. The phone number to call is immediately below the name with area code and number.
3. To make and record the results of your calls you can complete the web form provided or use one the two options provided in the tan box on the top right of the page. (Regardless of the option you choose, you'll still need to complete the online form for each record to register your results.)
4. Fill out the appropriate check boxes that match the result of your call. The comment box is optional and is there to record any messages or notes you'd like to make for that call. After you complete the call just click the red "Submit" button at the bottom right of the call box. The "Export As Excel" option will allow you to save an Excel file of the names and status options you can use to record results. The "Print" option will open up a printable version of the call sheet you can use to record your calls. (Remember, whether you export to Excel or use the print option, you still need to complete the online form for each record to register your results.)

6. After you finish making the 20 calls provided per bank, all you need to do is click the red "Complete" button at the bottom left of the last call box. This will register and complete your calls and allow you to request a new set of phone numbers.
