Do The Christians and Catholics Who Voted For Obama Have Buyer's Remorse Yet?

We are not yet even three months into the new Obama administration and here is the record on abortion (courtesy of http://www.lifenews.com/)
Pro-Abortion Presidential Record - 2009
- January 5, 2009 - Obama picks pro-abortion Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine as the chairman of the Democratic Party.
- January 6, 2009 - Obama chooses Thomas Perrelli, the lawyer who represented Terri Schiavo’s husband Michael in his efforts to kill his disabled wife, as the third highest attorney in the Justice Department.
- January 22, 2009 - Releases statement restating support for Roe v. Wade decision that allowed virtually unlimited abortions and has resulted in at least 50 million abortions since 1973.
- January 23, 2009 - Forces taxpayers to fund pro-abortion groups that either promote or perform abortions in other nations. Decison to overturn Mexico City Policy sends part of $457 million to pro-abortion organizations.
- January 26, 2009 - Obama nominee for Deputy Secretary of State, James B. Steinberg, tells members of the Senate that taxpayers should be forced to fund abortions. Nominee erroneously says limits on abortion funding are unconstitutional.
- January 29, 2009 - President Obama nominates pro-abortion David Ogden as Deputy Attorney General.
- February 12, 2009 - Obama nominates pro-abortion Elena Kagan to serve as Solicitor General.
- February 27, 2009 - Starts the process of overturning pro-life conscience protections President Bush put in place to make sure medical staff and centers are not forced to do abortions.
- February 28, 2009 - Barack Obama nominates pro-abortion Kathleen Sebelius to become Secretary of Health and Human Services.
- March 5, 2009 - The Obama administration shut out pro-life groups from attending a White House-sponsored health care summit. Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion business, made the invitation list as did other pro-abortion groups.
- March 9, 2009 - President Barack Obama signed an executive order forcing taxpayer funding of embryonic stem cell research.
- March 10, 2009 - Obama announces the creation of a new foreign policy position to focus on women's issues. He names Melanne Verveer, an abortion advocate, to occupy the post.
- March 10, 2009 - Reverses an executive order to press for more research into ways of obtaining embryonic stem cells without harming human life. The order Obama scrapped would have promoted new forms of stem cell research.
- March 11, 2009 - Obama signed an executive order establishing a new agency within his administration known as the White House Council on Women and Girls. Obama's director of public liaison at the White House, Tina Tchen, an abortion advocate, became director of it.
- March 11, 2009 - Obama administration promotes an unlimited right to abortion at a United Nations meeting.
- March 11, 2009 - Obama administration officials deny negative effects of abortion at United Nation's meeting.
- March 17, 2009 - President Barack Obama makes his first judicial appointment and names pro-abortion federal Judge David Hamilton to serve on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
I don't think this is a man who has any concern for the sanctity of life. He has done this in less than 3 months!! I hope my Christian friends who voted for him wake up before the 2012 election and will not vote for him again. This is just one of the ways President Obama is working to destroy our country which he calls arrogant and that he thinks needs to apologize to the rest of the world.

The last time I checked, Catholics were the first Christians. Maybe the Governor meant Protestant Christians and Catholics...anyway, this is quite an accomplishment for so short a time in office. Anyone who listened to the President during the election would have expected it. Too bad Christians listened to the love fest from the media.

totally luv ya and voted for you - but Catholics are Christians, don't know why you separated them out?
That being said - every last person who calls themselves Christian should be ashamed to have voted for this man who puts pro-abort nominees ahead of any other qualified person for the job. i am seriously looking into other places to live, because he has in the span of 4 months destroyed the American way of life and destroyed any sanctity of life from natural beginning to natural end.

Yesterday I asked my daughter what she thought about the guy she had helped elect as president, and I swear she turned bright red with embarrassment, as this was her first presidential election. She told me she thought that the political machine had somehow corrupted him in the last 4 months. I didn't try to correct her. I'm just grateful she's on to him now.

Principles and values, much like the ten given in early days, they do nothing by themselves. Nothing is accomplished by simply hanging them on the wall to pass by, oblivious to their true meaning, or worst, content in the belief that they will somehow become self fulfilling prophecies.
There was a time when our Lord sent prophets. The children of the Lord would consult them prior to engaging their enemies to ensure that the battle before them was righteous and that the Lord would deliver their enemies into their hands, no matter what their numbers. As far as I know, the prophets are no more.
However, I do know this country is founded in God. We are not prophets, but the Lord has given us his teachings and through those teachings, we all are able to see what is righteous. The founders of this country gave us the Constitution to ensure that liberty and justice prevails throughout the land. Our battle to preserve our nation as a whole, under God, with liberty and justice, is not only righteous, it is just.
The enemies of our nation do not hide. They are in plain sight for all to see. They have shown us their ways. They deceive the weak with false words and promises. They corrupt yet others with ill gotten spoils obtained through their misdeeds and lies. “He who practices deceit shall not dwell within my house; He who speaks falsehood shall not maintain his position before me. Psalms 101:7 .
That said, what exactly do we “the people do?”
Just to make sure you do not misunderstand me, the battle I refer to above, is not one fought with weapons of steel, we will use our heads. We attack that which the deceitful cherish the most; Position, Power, Money and Respect.
Most say, “Just don’t vote for them next time”, and that is a good weapon (one of the best) for our cause. But, the voting takes place on a schedule, and that next schedule is a long way off. However, we should begin to identify those we want “out”, and more importantly, those we want “in”, now. As we have just witnessed, it is never too early to start campaigning.
Who are those that we want out? Where do we start? – When we put someone into office, we are assigning them to be our representative. We allow and empower them (entrust them) to make decisions that are in our best interest. Would you ever, do you even know anyone that would, sign a contract for billions of dollars before you had read it, understood it, and had all your questions about it answered? Well guess what, those we want out, did! For the moment, let’s ignore what was in these bills I’m referring to. They hadn’t even read them. They have betrayed the public trust. If for no other reason, this is more than enough to get them out now. There are links on this site that can show you who voted and how.
Earmarks – Please don’t fall for that bologna that some earmarks are good. If there is such a thing, and there isn’t, then let them stand up to the light of the of the normal appropriations process. They are earmarks because those that are asking for them, know that they would never stand up under the scrutiny of the normal appropriations process, and frankly, they don’t want to look like fools for proposing them.
The next election is too far away. We have many weapons. Educate those around you. Do you have a computer and printer? Pass out flyers to doors and cars in parking lots. Hit them where it hurts. Uncover and shine the light of truth on their wrong doings, their deceptions and lies. Take away their Position, Power, Money and Respect. Take away the life time health care, their private jets, the pay increases they voted in for themselves, and the power we loaned to them. Even if it doesn’t come to pass, you will have put the fear of the people into them. You will have threatened to take away all that they care about. Begin recall partitions now!
Organize, demonstrate, educate, take back our country from those that would destroy it, and use this website’s tools to the fullest. I Will…..
