Huckabee Releases Statement about Bentley's bid for State Representative in Arkansas' 73rd District
Little Rock, AR - Governor Mike Huckabee issued the following statement about Mary Bentley:
Huck PAC and I are proud to endorse Mary Bentley for State Representative in Arkansas' 73rd District.
Mary Bentley is the owner of Bentley Plastics, a Perryville-based manufacturing company founded in 1983. Prior to that, she worked for Arkansas Children’s Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit for 10 years. Mary is very much pro-life and will fight hard to protect the life of the unborn. Her goal is to build a better Arkansas by supporting legislation centered on conservative values, job creation and tax reduction.
Mary will work hard to help pass legislation that protects Arkansas’s most precious resource – its children. She believes that marriage is an institution created by God and should remain as He intended: between one man and one woman. Mary also believes that our constitution is as relevant today as the day it was written and she knows that every one of the amendments listed in the bill of rights have been paid for by the blood of a multitude of veterans. Each should be protected by politicians, not trampled on.
