Congratulations Saxby

The people of Georgia have spoken.  They have recognized the tremendous job that Senator Saxby Chambliss has done in the United States Senate, and have voted to return him to the Senate.  As you know, Saxby Chambliss is a strong supporter of the FairTax, and his victory tonight is a clear indication that Georgia voters support the FairTax also.

The Democrats threw every weapon at Senator Chambliss that they had, including former President Bill Clinton, and a radio ad by President elect Barack Obama.  But the voters of  Georgia recognized the job that Saxby has done for them in the last six years and voted this evening to keep him working on their behalf.

Saxby Chambliss' victory means that the Democrats will not have their veto proof majority.  But more important than that, Saxby's victory means that a solid conservative returns to the Senate to fight for the conservative Republican values that are so important to all of us.

Saxby Chambliss has been a strong conservative voice since his election in 2002.  He is known as a champion of our military and serves on the Senate Armed Services Committee, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Rules Committee and is the ranking Republican member of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry.

Congratulations Senator Chambliss on your victory.  Thank you to the voters of .Georgia.  A special thank you to all the Huck PAC supporters who helped by making phone calls.

God Bless

Mike Huckabee

    Now the DSCC knows what happens when they lie about the FairTax in a state with a lot of FairTax supporters. Many of us were not paying much attention to the Senate race until we saw the DSCC commercial. But when we saw it we got mad. And we had a press conference and rally (thanks for coming, Huck!) in response to the lies in the commercial. I also wrote the following letter, which was published in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper:

    "As stated in the article, the FairTax “would abolish the Internal Revenue Service and replace the federal income tax and most other federal taxes.” No one is trying to “gloss over” or hide the fact that the FairTax is a national sales tax and does not affect state taxes. What is hidden are the taxes that are added to the cost of a product during the manufacturing process. In the end, the consumer ends up paying the taxes for the manufacturers because they pass them on to us. But with the FairTax, these embedded taxes would go away. This makes the FairTax more fair to the consumer, not to big business.

    The FairTax does not favor the wealthy. It is fair to all consumers because everyone gets a prebate check, which covers the taxes they would pay for the basic necessities. This means that no one pays taxes on food or other necessary items. Yes, the FairTax is a major issue in the runoff election; and if Saxby Chambliss wins, it will be because of people who understand the FairTax and want to keep their whole paycheck."

    On the same day, there was one letter in the paper opposing the FairTax, and two more in support of it. So, 3 to 1 in our favor!

    December 4, 2008

    Dear Representative Turner,
    Dear Senator Brown,
    Dear Senator Voinovich,

    Why has Obama spent $800,000 to prevent his $10 birth certificate from coming to the light of day?

    Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: "No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States."

    There are numerous questions as to Obama's citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!

    Documents that must be produced include;
    (a) a certified copy of "vault" (original long version) birth certificate;
    (b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
    (c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
    (d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
    (e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
    (f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.

    It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.

    These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

    We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

    Again I ask, why has Obama spent $800,000 to prevent his $10 birth certificate from coming to the light of day?

    Sincerely,

    Ms. Deborah Mulholand

    We are thankful to God that Senator Chambliss was re-elected. We are thankful that we live in America, the best nation the world has ever seen.
    Still, we are fearful that the next four years will bring disaster to this nation. Humanly-speaking, there is no way we can win on pro-life issues against a president and Congress that is overwhelmingly pro-death. Thank God that we don't have to depend on our human efforts. We serve our Sovereign God and Savior Jesus Christ, and nobody will ever take Him off His throne.
    My family is praying for another Great Awakening in this nation and the world. We are praying for Barack Obama's salvation and repentance. Only God knows his heart, but President-Elect Obama certainly gives no evidence of being a Christian.
    Thank you, Governor Huckabee. I hope we will someday be able to address you as President Huckabee.

    Stephanie, great posting and links. Thank you.

    Also, if you want unto date info you can go to

    www.plainsradio.com

    and listen to their show. It is hosting updates from time to time by those that are directly involved with this case. Their web page has links to other sites with more detailed information on the Obama case. There is also as we speak going on the organization of a march on Washington DC at the Sup. Ct for this coming Friday. I believe Joe Thunder is the patriot organizing it.

    This is big, but it won't come without a lot of praise and worship and just thanks giving to our Lord. New elections may be on the way. So get ready, get ready, get ready, Huckpac. You know exactly what this will mean.

    Boy we are living in exciting times.

    Be blessed everyone.

    I want to be clear that I am thrilled Chambliss one, especially by such a large margin.

    I strongly support him for his views on all of the life issues, on traditional marriage and on the second amendment.

    A short note of thanks from the Chambliss campaign:

    Joe, I think I am still on the high from this past 24 hours-- what a victory for Georgia but more importantly what a victory for the country. To win by that margin I think sends a strong and important message that conservative values have not been completely submerged by the Obama wave. The timing for such a warning shot could not be more critical.

    Please know that this victory would not have been possible without your voter contact efforts. You guys were incredible in stepping up so quickly in the little time we had to work with in this run-off dynamic. I can't tell you how much this meant to Saxby-- and to all of us knowing that these calls were being made on top of what our volunteers were doing here in the state.

    Again many thanks and keep in touch.

    *** CONGRATULATIONS HuckPac! ***

    An amazing Victory for Senator Chambliss. I believe this is THE FIRST for HuckPac! The First of Many!

    The First I believe since Super Tuesday which took Governor Huckabee into Second Place in the Primaries. But as others have mentioned here he may get another chance to run again for President SOON, if this whole Obama eligibility issue hits the fan... as it appears it is.

    Even Brett Baier mentioned the Supreme Court Case this Friday on FOX NEWS yesterday....
    http://americasnewstoday.com/stories/BRiT-12022008-oBAMAsuPReMeCouRT.html

    Does this mean the News Media has finally lifted its ban, come complete news blackout? Are they finally recognizing that they cannot ignore the millions of concerned citizens across this land any longer? Or is the action taking place in the Supreme Court and other Courts across the land getting too large to ignore without admitting what they have really been up to?

    Even the Russians must think we are stupid because of what our press is doing to us.... you won't believe this PRAVDA article...

    "Barack, The Amazing Mr. Obama"
    http://english.pravda.ru/print/opinion/columnists/106778-Amazing_Obama-0

    And then another article, "Obama The Trojan Horse" by Joan Swirsky and really start to get the picture of what has been going on here...
    http://www.cusc.org/3464.html

    Absolutely amazing that this is taking place right here before our very eyes here in our lifetime!

    If ever there was a time to pray, this certainly is it.... to stand together, believing, interceding, praying for Our Beloved Nation and its Sacred Writ, Our Constitution. We stand in the gap, praying together that Our God will protect us and deliver us from such cunning and devious schemes.

    Yippee, thank you, one and all, for all your hard work helping get Saxby re-elected!

    One more thing and time is short, but you can fax a letter to the Justices via the link below concerning a request that the Constitution be upheld as the law of our land.
    (This is reference to the them hearing Leo’s Donofrio’s case on Friday).

    It cost $9.00 ($13.00 if you write your own letter) and has to be done by Thursday at noon. I think it is well worth it, maybe the Judges will realize that there are a lot of us that think this really important.

    http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=82449

    I can accept Mr. Obama as president, if he is does meet the Constitutional requirements, we just need to know the truth. He should not be above the law, when he is being put into office to keep the law. I pray God will help us.

    It's a great day for Sen.Chambliss, the good folks of Georgia and our great republic! As we celebrate yet another reason for the Dems' collapse by 2010, please urge Sen. Chambliss to be a VERY VOCALLY PUBLIC endorser of The FairTax, since such a strong FairTax contigency likely helped in his victory. This should be the case with ALL of those FairTax co-sponsors who were able to win re-election. We need to demand more from them than the mediocre lip service they've been giving The FairTax. I despise being a broken record, but if these politicians signed on with Rep. Linder, then be enthusiastic supporters!

    Rev Homer - Hallelujah! America needs a miracle on this one. I'm up way early this a.m. ..... Glad that I checked in ...... I must send up some more prayers. I pray that our Supreme court justices cannot do anything but the right thing and that they will have a respectful fear and reverence to abide by the Constitution of these United States.

    Also great news on Saxby Chambliss! PTL! Hope to hear another good report on Norm Coleman.

    Also folks, keep praying for America's safety against radical extremists.

    Please remember to pray for Justices Thomas, Alito, Scalia, & Roberts as they and the other 5 justices, have a full court conference on Friday, Dec 5, 2008, about the case involving whether the 2008 Presidential Election violated the U.S. Constitution. Please pray for the Attorney presiding over this case as well, Mr Leo Donofrio, who seems to be a man of high integrity and knowledge. Please pray for the protection of our U.S. Constitution as Mr Donofrio brings important facts of law concerning the U.S. Constitution, which is what gives us the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!
    Praise GOD for the victories of Chambliss and Coleman and on to victory for our U.S. Constitution!
