It must be that Soros' support of Franken derives from their shared liberal philosophy independent of their shared Jewish backgrounds. The same would be true for the reported support of wealthy Franken contributors like Stephen Spielberg, David Geffen, and Rob Reiner. Thanks for the correction.
PS I am aware that my comment came close to equating Judaism with anti-Christian secularism. I would not want to make that mistake.

I believe that it's excessive hyperbole to speak of any candidate or their supporters of wanting to destroy America. Reasonable people can disagree and it seems that unreasonable people simply name call.
Dr. David: I'm not following your critique with regard to the significance of Soros or "Hollywood producers" being Jewish, particularly since Norm Coleman is also Jewish. If you read this, I'm interested in your take on this - if you don't read this, then my interest remains but my curiosity will remain unquenched.

Soros was born in Communist Hungary, made a fortune speculating in the markets, and now wants to use his money to do good as he sees it. He does not have the kind of background that characterizes most of the people who support Mike Huckabee.

I have heard so much about this fellow named George Soros. I read in NewsMax just today that he is helping to fund Al Franken. Why does George Soros do these things? Does he hate Americans, our way of life or what? What is with this man?

I made 100 calls yesterday. As I said yesterday that my cell phone is a tracfone and I do not have unlimited minutes. I pay as I go. My land line phone will not allow me to do telemarketing and that is what they call this. I spent a number of hours yesterday on the phone and I am depleting my minutes on the phone ........ I will need to go out and purchase more airtime as well.
All I am saying is ..... that I am willing to make the calls and continue to do so as well as pay for my calls.
Will you be the one to help HuckPac with a donation to keep me on the phones ?
God knows the ones who cannot afford it, so you do not have to feel guilty.

One of my comments on Newts web blogs
Newt is one of the most infuential people in Gov. Please use the link at the bottom to encourage him to do something more vocal about this candidate qualification issue.I don't think it is valid to consider the reasons why the Republicans lost this election. At least not until both Parties are brought to task on their assault on the US Constitution.
It is a fact that neither of these candidates are Natural Born Citizens as the Constitution requires of any real candidate.
The McCain camp never raised the issue about Obama because their candidate (John McCain) himself was not eligable. Both parties have hoped to ride under the radar of the constitutional requirements.
Listen, I for one am greatful for John McCain's service to this country, but that does not put him on a standing as to be above the Laws of the land. He should never have been the Republican choice simply because he was not entirely qualified for the Office. I understand the emotion of it all, but we are supposed to be a people lead by the rule of law not personalities or how popular a candidate is.
They, both political parties, have done the American people and this great Country a great disservice to say the least.
Never mind what the media did and is doing but that is another topic for another blog.
Also, for the record this has nothing to do with race. Whether a black or white or any race candidate ran for the Office of the Presdent, they ought to be vetted and at the very least verified that they were American Born/Natural born citizens as the US Constitution requires.
I call on Speaker Newt to help save our great nation and bring this issue to the front of the line. If we allow the assualt on the constitution to continue then even the state of the economy will not matter. I say this because Communism and the left agenda is nipping at our heals.
We must stand up and prevent the changes that will destroy this Christian/conservative nation. I have heard that Australia stood up against the assaults on their freedoms, why can't we?
