Attention Bloggers for Huckabee

Vertical Day is on July 23 from Noon to Midnight ET.  Our goal is to promote Huck PAC candidates to conservatives nationwide.  So far Senator Cornyn, Senator Inhofe, Senator Dole, Senator Alexander, Roy Brown, Steve Daines, Gilbert Baker and Bob Clegg have confirmed.

We are hopeful that before the 23rd we will at least add 4-6 additional candidates.

Each candidate has been asked to blog about the issues.  Each candidate has the option to submit their blog posts as video or text.  Each candidate has been given the opportunity to address up to 4 issues.

We will run advertising promoting Vertical Day, encourge our supporters to participate and we will ask each Huck PAC blogger to cover the event on their blog.  Write about one or all of the blog posts from the candidates.  We will promote your participation online at www.huckpac.com.

If you are going to participate please send an email to webmaster@huckpac.com confirming your participation.

Thanks!

Chris

Does Huck Pac support good down ballot candidates from 3rd parties?

I know the new America's Independent Party National Committee is endorsing candidates of principle, regardless of their party of affiliation ... I think this is a new paradigm shift ... that is, a cutting edge idea in politics, that you support the principled candidate, not just the party label.

Will Huck Pack be operating under the new paradigm?

I certainly don't want Romney for the VP ... that would be the worst, IMO. I prefer Huckabee over Romney any day of the week.

Romney was staunchly pro-abortion before Roe v. Wade (early 1970's) until he decided to run for President a few years ago ... and for political expediance, claimed he "changed" from pro-abortion to pro-life.

Romney is not a moral conservative. Huckabee is.

What a great idea! I will be really interested to hear their thoughts on the issues in a concentrated format, like HuckPac. Thanks for your diligence and perserverence! I am so excited that Huck will be granted an opportunity to express his ideas, articulate the issues and engage the greater national audience though mass media outlets. We desperately need a man like him to continue articulating, and engaging our leaders in discussion, action and who can lead by example with his solid record of leadership and success!

I cannot wait to see you in the forefront again and pray that your travels are safe, that every meeting is constructive and that every word reported reflects you fairly. Thank you Gov. Huckabee for your patience, stamina and faith. Thank you Mrs. Janet Huckabee for supporting him, for your good works and your patience as well.

    Keeping the Faith in TX!!

IowaPolitics.com: Convention-goers favor Huckabee, Romney for VP

    http://www.iowapolitics.com/index.iml?Article=130916

DES MOINES -- Mike Huckabee was the favorite to be on the Republican ticket as vice president in an informal poll taken at the Iowa Republican Party’s State Convention on Saturday. Huckabee finished easily as the top choice among the several dozen convention attendees polled, with Mitt Romney coming in a distant second.

“He really is a captivating speaker. You listen to him and know he means what he is saying and is passionate in his conviction,” Sheila Bright said. “Plus, you look at how he energizes these young people and can’t help but be sure that he would be an asset to McCain in getting the youth vote in November.”
