Heading To Montana

When we founded Huck PAC we did so with the idea that we would support Republican candidates who are passionate advocates for tax reform, a strong national defense, real border security, life, the family, less government and individual liberty.

This week I am headed to Montana to campaign for Roy Brown and Steve Daines, candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor respectively.
House Majority Leader Brown is an able legislator who is known for his strong advocacy of tax reform, education, energy development and the strong importance of government supporting and empowering the Family.

I met Steve Daines when he agreed to Chair my presidential campaign in Montana. He is a fifth generation Montanan with a business background in technology and advertising. His fresh ideas and business can-do attitude are a great addition to Roy’s impressive business experience and his legislative acumen.

I will be speaking at a breakfast in Billings on the 30th and a lunch in Bozeman later that day.

If you are interested in attending one of these events please click here.

If you haven’t signed up for Roy and Steve’s emails you can do so here.

To make a contribution directly to his campaign click here.

Huck PAC is founded on the principles that make America great: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Our Republican Party embodies these ideas and is best suited to lead America forward.

That is why I am headed to Montana to campaign for these fine candidates and why I will continue to campaign nationwide on behalf of strong conservative candidates.

    Quote from Mike's letter, above:

"When we founded Huck PAC we did so with the idea that we would support Republican candidates who are passionate advocates for tax reform, a strong national defense, real border security, life, the family, less government and individual liberty."

Thank you so much, Gov. Huckabee, for boiling down for us WHY you keep speaking out and WHICH candidates you will help support...

    ...Republicans

    ...Republicans who are "passionate advocates"

    ...Republicans who support tax reform

    ...and a strong national defense

    ...real border security

    ...life and the family

...and work for less government and

    ...preservation of individual liberty

I need to memorize this great list, because it's one I want to repeat to others.

Nice to know HuckPac is not endorsing ALL Republican candidates, for there are some who would not agree with all of the above goals.

You did a good job of choosing the issues that the American people can support and get behind. I know these are from your heart, not just from being "politically expedient."

When we can couple great issues with candidates of great character and talent, as well as with a passion for fighting for the right things, we will form a stronger Republic.

A strong America will not just happen. It needs ordinary people like you and me to stand up for freedom and the Constitution and conservative values. We need every like-minded person to get behind Mike Huckabee on this latest mission.

We need to show America that Obama-ites or Hillarians do not have a corner on enthusiasm or passion for America. We really "heart" Mike and his ideas and character.

Begin with prayer for God to give wisdom to our leaders, especially Mike Huckabee and John McCain.

Both have run for a job that I marvel anyone would want -- President of the United States of America.

It is probably the hardest, loneliest, and most hazardous job a person could ask for. Without God, can anyone do it?

I believe we need to pray for our candidates more than anything. Remember Thursday is the National Day of Prayer, and there are many scheduled meetings across America, in churches and on courthouse lawns, etc.

Maybe you could join others to pray, or even just pray extra yourself. Remember God in America.

    Love to all,
    GRACE in Kansas, PRAYING

Please pray that John McCain will have wisdom to choose the best Vice Presidential running mate. We want Mike!

Please send $5, $10, or $25 today to HuckPac. You may use my Ranger Code R23994 or any other one.

Let me say that I am very sorry that I can't cast a vote for you to be President of US. . In my mind the only way to lower medical cost (as long as the Insurance Co. are involved) is to make them compete with each other for the same thing. they all have their own "police coverage" and none are the same, therefore; no competition. There needs to be set forth 3 standardized PLANS. 1st teer, 2nd teer, 3rd teer (congressional lever) then let the Insurance Compete for each. Competition always keeps prices low. Thank you. Charlie Where am I wrong? Please

A lady stopped me the other day in a parking lot and asked me where I got my "I LIKE MIKE" bumper sticker (yes, it's still on my van and it will remain there!) :)

She said she is a huge Mike Huckabee fan, so I took her name and address and am sorting through my things to try to find her one so I can mail it off.

Next go 'round, make LOTS of those bumper stickers. People LOVE them!

    WE LIKE MIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Governor Huckabee, I enjoyed so much seeing you out campaigning with Senator McCain on Friday. It was obvious to all that you really like and respect each other. I could tell that Senator McCain knows you will work well together by the way he described the health care presentation you put on together in Iowa. Body language experts gave McCain 97.7 approval with you (almost perfect) and stated it was rare! A full 34 pts. higher than any other potential vp. In addition to the fact that the two of you fill in each other's blanks so well and make one dynamite package, you have the chemistry thing going on too!!! I agree with Curt Smith (former Bush 1 speechwriter) "McCain would be crazy not to choose you as his vice presidential running mate".

    Dear Mike,

I would like to hear what your views are on the price of gasoline crisis, what you would do to respond to it, and what other related, environmentally friendly and forward thinking ideas you have for gaining energy independence.

Perhaps I am naiive, but I think we should create a viable plan to implement towards energy independence, and roll it out asap.

Then, we should release some of the oil we have in reserves to give an immediate reduction to US gas prices until we can get an investigation complete as to why these prices are skyrocketting.

When I was a kid, gas was 99c a gallon for as long as I can remember. Now, in the last year or two, it's jumped nearly $2/gallon!! This is outrageous! Something has to be done.

Why are there not incentives for drivers to purchase hybrid/energy efficient vehicles? Can the gov't provide a rebate, much like the rebate check we're about to receive to encourage us to buy a Hybrid as our next vehicle? What else can we do to "go green?"

In our town, we just did a trash clean up event and we recycle our cans, bottles, cardboard, etc. We are currently working to find a small compost tumbler to recycle our yard and food waste to lower our current waste further. We use energy efficient lightbulbs, and appliances. What else can we do?

I would really apprecaite your answer to this question. You can just post it as your ideas for environmental improvements, solutions to the gas/energy crisis. Again, how would YOU solve this?

    Thanks!

Mr. Huckabee, I am grateful for your ongoing sense of mission for our country. I want to support you and I hope that your momentum will carry you into the Presidential race again in a few years. At the same time, I wonder why this website that appears to strive to reflect your values will only support: "Republican candidates who are passionate advocates for..." As the man of integrity that you clearly are, I would have hoped your organization would have supported all "candidates who are passionate advocates for tax reform, a strong national defense, real border security, life, the family, less government and individual liberty." Our country is not helped by the labels the media and politicos love to brandish about. We must discourage the indivdual-party power trips that Republicans and Democrats are on and instead empower true leadership, regardless of brand.

Thanks for being a discerning, caring, compassionate leader.

I was able to speak with Mike Huckabee yesterday on a flight from Arkansas to Las Vegas. I feel very fortunate to know someone with a real personality and sense of humor - who was not far from our highest office and may get there yet. I urge everyone out there who wants this country to move on the right direction to get behind Huckabee for the long haul. He speaks for us - and he is what this country needs.

Montana was the place of my birth in a small town called Conrad. Only lived there for about 4 yrs before moving on to Washington State for many years and then moving on to Texas many years ago.

Wish I was in Billings to see you ! GO HUCK !

God bless you for listening and following after God's heart in this election process. Peace to you !

Since I have gone to Gmail and Firefox, I haven't been able to successfully send an email on outlook express, but want you to know that I have two candidates for Huck PAC to consider from Pennsylvania. Both are running for US congressional seats:

    1. Lt. Col. William Russell, and Iraq veteran, who opposes the well known Dem. Rep. John Murtha from the Johnstown area (District 10, I think).

    2. Melissa Hart, who represented District 4 (PA northwest of Pittsburgh) in the US congress from 2001-2006. She has been a proven stalwart of conservative principles. She is trying to win her seat back from the true liberal who ousted her in 2006. Unfortunately, her new campaign has kicked of with some ill-advised negative ads, though.

Thank you for this consideration! And for helping true conservatives win a place at the table of public policy.

Governor, thank you for devoting valuable time & resources to help campaign for like minded candidates across this nation. When I read how a gay activist in Colorado is using his millions to smear conservative legislators and help pro homosexual candidates get elected, it really gives cause for concern.

If true believers do not get more political savvy and involved in our government, we will reap what we have sown by allowing our rights and values to be denounced and ridiculed in this culture. Mike Huckabee has awakened in my husband and I a desire to become more proactive. May the sleeping giant of Americans with Judea-Christian values and faith become the roaring lion that will snatch back this nation to honor a holy, righteous God.

I pray we have not waited too long and this Thurs. May 1 will be a great time for unity in prayer for God's mercy on America during the NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER. I will be fasting and praying for men and women to rise up and become more like Mike and Janet Huckabee to "fight the good fight" and follow the leadership of Holy Spirit and save our nation!!

Proverbs 29:2 ... with good men in authority, the people rejoice; but with the wicked in power, they groan.

I am a Montanan, but live in Missoula and it is Finals week next week in my university. It would be SO COOL to meet Mike Huckabee, but I have friends from Billings who should come back home to meet you. One friend still "hearts" you!
